Cisco 3925 accepting Custom DNS?

I got a Cisco 3925 installed last Friday to replace the old Thomson (UPCs idea). I noticed straight away that the DNS was locked to UPC's IP, just like the old one. However, a few minutes ago the router started acting funny and I logged into the admin panel and.... the DNS IP boxes were editable. So I chanced it and entered Google's DNS server, and this is what I got:

Is this new or just a glitch?
