"Makings" seek bassist, Dublin/Louth based Rock band

    Irish rock band ‘Makings’ seek bass player.



    This is an original band with lots of potential, currently on the gigging circuit and working with some seriously heavy hitters on an album early next year. The band are based in Dublin but rehearse in www.studio28.ie in Louth which is an hour's drive from Dublin, here are some clips of the band:

    We’re looking for a bass player, one who can sing is a bonus but not essential, one who can play keys is a bonus but not essential, what is essential is time, we want someone who is dedicated basically. The average age of the band is the late 20’s but we’re open to all suggestions, man, woman or beast, as long as you can play and know that you can make 2 evenings a week rehearsing and gigging etc.



    If you want to check Makings out live they play upstairs in Sweeneys on Dame St. Dublin this Friday the 20th with Preachers Son among others, we hit the stage about 10.30.
