Entension pole for banner

have a desk with two poles at each side.I nneed to add an extension to the poles to make them longer and then add a banner across the top of the poles. Thie attachment is what it looks like. Anyone know where I could buy those pole extensions?

It might help to know the diameter of these 'poles'. Depending on the diameter you might be able to pick lengths of similar piping in a builders providers - better chance of finding it there than in Woodies. How you attach them to the existing poles may be an issue for you unless the ones you have are already tapered (narrower) to slid into another. The other (and probably easier) alternative is to buy two lengths of piping and replace what you have completely.
