MTV free to air Here?

    Googling around found this. 2013


    Spain:
    MTV Music 24 (Sky UK, 11895 V 27500) is now free to air on Astra 2B @ 28.2° East.


    and this
    MTV & Viva TV (formerly with UK Sky card) is now transmitting free to air on 11895 V 27500 FEC 2/3 (Eutelsat 28A) at 28.2 deg east.

    EDIT – MTV is now not FTA, seems to have been encrypted back to Sky as per previous. Viva TV remains free to air.

    Yes, Viva is FTA and has been for some time now. MTV is not and probably never will be.

    Se the Free-To-Air Tuning Guide sticky for the details to tune it in if you don't have a Sky box.
