Borrowed from Twitter, SwimSmoothPaul has a Christmas Cracker swim set to challenge you.

Can I use that excuse to duck attempting the challenge too? :p

Well, I'm not up for swimming 4.4k either, seeing as it would be a first at any pace, let alone THAT pace, but I'm sticking with the beeper excuse.

I'd say pick which Lane you should be in based on the time indicators and then use the clock to come in on the target times.

eg. Lane 1 start at 2:00 per 100m finishing 4.4k at 1:49 per 100m and so on.

Can't see anything. Firewall at work must be removing it. Is it a pic on a social media site or similar?

Lanes are based on CSS. I looked at the set on twitter.

Sorry P, didn't realise that would be an issue. :(

Pic downloaded to desktop and uploaded as attachement from a non-https location.
