    Hey,
Looking for some advice on the laws regarding trees in Ireland. Suppose my neighbors tree (branches) falls in my compound do they have to get it cleared up? Secondly if there is any damage done by the falling of the branches in my compound who has to pay for the damages...me myself or them?

    Thanks
    David Denny

Against the rules to give advice. If damage is serious seek legal advice from a local solicitor.
