Swimming plan

Do the swimmers on here have a definite plan to follow?
I hit the pool aim for about 2k including warm up and cool down (about 200 for each)
And I do the same thing almost every time. The odd time I will try to do some drills but it's hit and miss.
My main thing is just swim 100s or 200s at kinda Css, once a month I do a 200 and 400 to judge where I'm at.
For the 4 months I've been swimming regular it's worked ok but I feel a bit bored with it now.
Can anyone recommend a plan to follow?
