Hi everyone! Im looking for advice ,knowledge etc. Im 5ft6 and 10.8stone. I gain and lose weight VERY easily (depending on my moods :P) ..2 months ago i was 9 stone! My goal weight is 8. 5 stone -9 stone. Im setting myself 8 weeks to do it. I Know its not healthy, but i am extremely determined.
I love running, i go to the gym and go on the treadmill for 50mins. My let down unforunatley is overeating, but when i can see results im normally so much more motivated not to overeat. My plan for the 8 weeks is this :
Exercise: 2 x 50 mins running a day (I know exercising twice a day is too much, but im only doing it for the 2 weeks...and i love running !)
Diet: Breakfast- Porride or Special K
    Lunch- Soup or Salad
    Dinner- Meat and veg
    No snacks
Any adice is welcome! I know its tough, but i NEED to do this.

I concentrate less on the weighing scales nowadays, although I do use it once every few weeks to keep tabs. Take measurements of the areas you'd like to lose from and that will be a better indicator of whether you're losing or not - especially if you're exercising and building muscle as that will affect your weight too.

I like to be 8.5 too, but like yourself I can often go as high as 9.5 especially around exam time - I've a wedding to go to in a few months so I decided to be restrictive on the run up to Xmas, so that if I do put on a few pounds over the holidays, it won't really make much of a difference.

At the moment my diet is looking like this:

    Breakfast:
    2/3 scrambled eggs
    water/vitamins/coffee etc

    Lunch:
Salad (lots of variations from day to day - lettuce, cucumber, raddishes, peppers, mushrooms etc)
    Tin of tuna/salmon OR turkey/chicken
Usually a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or italian dressing

    Dinner:
Whatever meat - chicken/turkey/beef/pork (usually try not to overdo it with sauces as they can contain a lot of sugar)
Veg - lots of greens like broccoli, spinach and cabbage, mushrooms, peppers etc

    Snacks:
    Almonds
    Cheesestrings
    Dark chocolate
    Chicken pieces
    coffee

I work out, so that helps too! Only takes a few weeks really to drop on the scales or lose inches. It works for me anyway. :)
