Sorry mods i hope this question i have is cycling related, apologies if not.

I was on my bike rollers doing a bit of training two days ago and the magnet of my wheel fell off so my garmin then stopped recording my speed and distance. I uploaded my data to strava but it didnt have any speed or distance on the data. So I went onto garmin connect uploaded my data there and edited my km to approx what i would cover on a bike roller session for 20mins. However with the edited file on garmin connect i cant upload that to strava

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Export the file from garmin connect as gpx file then import that file to strava.

I have tried that but the original keeps coming up on Strava, i.e the one before I made the changes.

Strava won't accept a modified gpx, we would all have KOMsl if it did

You can manually enter your distance into Strava but you dont have cadence and heart rate with that. I suppose you could not add your heart rate and cadence into the manual set up of Strava?

Nope. Yes you can manually enter distance time and route, but no manually entered data goes towards KOMs, PRs or challenges.
