So far as I can see the court of public opinion was use to sort out the CRC and other section 39 agency's when the HSE couldn't seem to get a handle on the situation not exactly great management by the HSE but fair enough I suppose, however a few commentators tried to pin down some ministers and politicians about the fact that some political advisors employed by them are breaching pay guidelines ( the exact same thing that the CRC are charged with ) this was very quickly and deftly brushed aside has not been much challenged at all, how come.

Are you saying you are in favour of mob rule?

Should we have public witch trials as well?

No not at all, I am more interested in how some issues get handle by the media and maybe the slight double standards of the situation, the bottom line is you have ministers telling one group to toe the line in regards to pay while simultaneously breaching pay guide lines for their own advisors.
