Getting a lot of interest on HUKD. 200° in 20 minutes.

Maybe buy these Pom Bears for £6 for free super saver delivery or this Atlas.
The Atlas is out of stock and costs under £6, but is orderable and still gives you free super saver delivery with the coffee machine.

Price is gone back up now. The other sellers lists amazon but only for a used one.

    Scratch that, it's back up.

It needs some kind of coffee pods or an adapter that you buy separately so you can use your own coffee.

    I'll look into that later.

Yes you can buy a "Coffee Duck" for it that you can fill with ground coffee rather than having to buy the pads.

I have one in the office that I bought a few years back, good machine makes warmer coffee than my more expensive beans to cup machine at home. Easy to clean and maintain. I've been very happy with it.

You do know its free delivery to Ireland when you spend over £25 with amazon

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,321 ✭✭✭sham69

bought one of these for the missus this time last year and she uses it every day,
I think it was 50 euro.

Didnt bother with the duck thing , found a place on line that do generic pods (not senseo brand)
The french roast and blue mountain are quite delish (seemingly....I don't drink coffee)

I have a broken one of these at home so the offer is tempting!

The ducks are so much handier to clean compared to a coffee jug.

Yeah, but for some reason when i ordered for Ireland it said it was out of stock. When i changed delivery address 15 seconds later to Parcel Motel it was 'in stock' !?!

Is there any way to get this plus the coffee duck with super saver deliver? The coffee ducks appear to be sold be other companies, so not eligible.

[edit] crap, gone back up to £49.85.

They have it for €33.29 at Argos

Stock levels are good, some left in every store

I found these yesterday because I wanted to get an order over the £25.

Seems like good value to me. I was in a rush, so I did not verify that they are for a senseo machine.. But fairly sure that they are.

Can you use regular granules in this with the coffeeduck as I use organic and I dont like pods

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,544 ✭✭✭✭Supercell

Yes you can use ordinary cofee with the coffeeduck adapter.

I highly recommend the dark roast pods, 2 cup setting (fills one ordinary mug), absolutely gorgeous imho. Tesco stocks them but much cheaper on Amazon with free delivery.

I had this a few years - but gave up using it as no supermarkets seem to stock the pods anymore.

Is this the duck you are talking about? only 3 pounds? Would like one that can do a mug of coffee.. thx.
