Can anyone recommend a good spinning bike or where to look for one? Loads of sites selling loads of makes and models. Looking for something decent

keiser are apparently the best. But expect to pay >1k.

I won't go near the cheap ones they sell in arnotts or a secondhand one.

or perhaps a turbo trainer to convert your outdoor bike to an indoor bike!
