Nexus 5 huge problems returning faulty phone

    Hi

    A friend of mine bought a nexus 5 from the play store and it went dead a few weeks later. He has had massive problems getting it replaced. Google firstly charged him for the replacement device. They then tried to ship the device to him and it has some how ended up in Belfast with parcel force. Unbelievable how Google sent the phone to the wrong country and are not willing to redirect it to Dublin even though he made it very clear to them when seeking the replacement that he was in roi and that they confirmed that they wouldn't be an issue.

    It now looks like he won't get the replacement before Christmas.

    Has anyone else had similar issues or can you suggest a solution?
