I got a new pair of runners from runways in parnell st. I got the gait analysis done and the man said I over protonate, and sold me a pair of new balance runners like these, which he said would support my foot. I got them a couple of weeks ago but the last 2 runs I had have caused a pain in my heel, like in this videohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ya6kY-U4mVY Would it be worth getting insoles to help my feet or should I bring the runners back? I dont think I have the receipt :/

Is it just in the heel or does it run along the sole...even a little? It could possibly be plantar fasciitis, which will usually be down to a number of issues but if you're not running any more or differently since you got the new runners then it would be worth going back to them and explaining. It might get you nowhere but if you don't ask, you won't get.

You say 'more' pain. Were you in pain before you got the new shoes?
