Keltus in Huntington looks a good thing. Horse is 3 receiving decent weight allows and completely unexposed no reason nicholls would throw him to the lions in this race.

The G2 WILL be won by riverside theatre by module..cannot for the life of my understand the allowances in this race

Riverside theatre had a breathing Op I read,I fancy Captain Chris but this is probably only a pipe opener for the king george

Racing Pulse runs in the first at Newcastle having won a Naas bumper by half the track,is with Quinn now should be taking care of that lot will be short enough though 4/7 I'd say, will keep an eye on it dont think I'd be willing to back it at odds on,when you could back the new one at 8/15 himself :pac:

Was going to back Ramona Chase. It's not often a horse is rated about 30 pounds lower over hurdles than on the flat but I missed the 16s that lasted about 9 minutes and all value is gone.

No bet day saving my shillings for one on Friday around Dundalk

I got a free bet for the 2:20 in Newcastle :D so I have had a good look at the race.

I think Willie Hall @ 20/1 looks more than a decent bet, he has won off a mark of 112 and runs in this off 85 carrying 11-4. He loves the course he has had 4 runs here with 2 wins and 2 places, one of the wins off a mark of 102. He goes well on the ground and the trainer has not had a runner in 10 days but he sent to out and had one winner so well worth a few bob ew imo.

    Edit: B365 paying 1-4

Two horse race for me. Module has been pricewised and could very well be the fly in the ointment, but I think Captain Chris is the bet. His record right handed speaks for itself and although giving weight all round, he's the proven class horse and I think he'll take some beating if given a good positive ride by Johnson. Not too worried about it being his first run as he was ready for Ascot and only missed a couple of days work according to Hobbs. He has a good record fto anyway. Hobbs is on record as planning out an all right-handed campaign for him this season so that's why he's running tomorrow even though it's so close to the KG imo. He'll be primed for every race which meets his conditions, starting tomorrow. Hopefully get some 7/2 or better in morning.

Interesting spot re keltus, Does he turn 4 soon and if so would that make him legible for any of the festival handicaps???

I'd say you'll get the 7/2. Fantastic horse and one my favourites, but I really think this will be no more than piper opener a la cue card in exeter.
Think this is the kinda race Module would have been aimed at , and the rest are probably all looking to keep the mark intact, so I'll predict a Module win...

    Good spot.
8 or 9/1 in most places now.

All the money in the Grade 2 in Huntingdon for Riverside Theatre. Him and Captain Chris are closely matched on what they have achieved to date but unlike Captain Chris Riverside hasnt won since the festival in 2012 so is unpenalised.
I have backed Module as i just believe unlike most of these he is still improving. Its hard to know if the Riverside Theatre from 2 years ago showed up i would expect him to put this lot away with ease getting weight from them all(bar Alasi). Captain Chris usually runs his race so i expect him to win if nothing else runs a race.
I have it between the 3 of them but id be disapointed if Module couldnt step up to win a contest like this. He looked up to a decent standard for most of last year and ran with credit in the Jewson.

I noticed on here, yesterday and previous days that people gamble to actually win. I've never won. maybe I need to change my thinking.
All just fun and games for me.

Some win by Riverside Theatre given he looked in trouble a long way out. Landed flat over nearly every fence. The weights made the difference in the end.

    Dodged a bullet there, Urban.

I've had a small win bet on Princeton Royale in the bumper at huntingdon,2nd in an irish pt to a gigginstown horse thats entered up the weekend 30+ on the exchanges is too big

Lateral thinking w/o(365) 2 in the 4.20 kempton is a good bet,had decent irish form forget its last run at southwell and your getting 15/2 to beat wilhana.

Captain Chris travelled lovely but weight just found him out. Would have liked to see him ridden from the front but what can ya do. He's a horse I'd definitely be interested in for King George if turning up on the day.
