just wondering if i need to complete the 12 compulsary driving lessons that came into force in 2010 , I've been on a provisional licence since 2005 , does this make me exempt from the 12 lessons ? graham

Yes, you're exempt. As long as your learner permit has not elapsed for 5 years+
