    Yeah, I'd say 100% watching it are cyclists though.

    True here, but it is about cyclists being responsible for their use of the road too. I drive a lot, I cycle a lot, I like to think I am a respectful road user, even if I'm out for a run or a walk.
    I think its more about general road safety than safe driving, just that motorists are driving the blunt instrument which inflicts the majority of damage regardless of who was at fault.
