    Just wondering people typically write for performance reviews in work?
    Have not done one before.

    If you are provided a template, it should be fairly straightforward, simply answer each section as open and honest as you can, retaining a level of professional diplomacy.

    Yes, but I followed a template of qualities and skills. If you have a template form, follow the headings.
