How many times have you joined the Millionaire's club this season on FPL - ie had a ranking on any single game week of 1million or higher? Anyone joined the Double Millionaire or heaven forbid Triple Millionaire club?

4 visits to the Millionaire Club for me, the last being in gameweek8. No visits to the Double Millionaire club although was 1.9million in GW7

4 times for me. 1.1 mil in GW3, 1.5 in GW5, 1.8 in GW7 and 1 million in GW9.

Despite that, in GW9, I was still at 376k overall.

I think you're reading the wrong column, I count 7 millionaire visits and 2 double millionaire visits, and you haven't posted first 3 GW's

Mine is completely usual for how I play the game...I very rarely do brilliant in a single gameweek but I rarely do poorly too.

Main site seems to be down, checked the mobile site and it's 4 times for me:
Twice in the 1 millions and twice in the 2 millions.
That spell came in the a disaster of a period that consisted of 5 GW's - (GW4-GW8) and it seen me go from 35,481 to 689,746.
The only GW I was under the million in that period was a very marginal week.

Think I was trying to play 10 defenders at the time :mad:

6 times for me. Shocking start to the season this year. Didn't get lower than 900K in each of first 7 GW's.

Have had 3 times in the top 50K of a GW since so really been a season of 2 halves so far!

5 x 1m and 1 x 2m but this week was by far my best week (38k) so hopefully things are looking up, shocking start but have climbed from 900k to 170k in the last 6 weeks.

4 times over 1m and once just squeezed into 2m. I've kicked on now though and had my best week this last week surprisingly enough. May it continue!

Scorpion Sting

5 times in the millionaire club and once in the double millionaire club. Had a horrible run of results from gameweek 5 to gameweek 9 when I fell from 41k to 538k. Since then though I've managed to climb to 249k and really looking to push on further up the rankings before the New Year.

Ah yes, I was looking at overall rank, my bad

First 3 GWs I was top 300k, both overall and weekly

GW 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 (that was some run of weeks!) and a final one in GW10 just for good measure. Last season the lowest my overall rank went was 128k not been so fortunate this season!

Can anyone beat 7 straight weeks and still have a respectable rank?

This year I'm tracking how efficient my captain choices are. Comparing it with my weekly ranking is pretty interesting.

It shows that once you've built up a strong enough team this game is a lot dependent upon how right your captain choices are.



Just to make it clearer. The * section is my personal rating of my (C) choices. I took into account 3 criterias: the actual number of points, his position compared to my other options and the points gap had I chosen the best possible (C).

Interestingly my best weekly ranking (Blue) does not match an ideal (C) choice, though not far off.
My great progression over the last 6 GWs coincides perfectly with being spot on for (C) choices. The only week where I got it wrong being Aguero failure when everyone had captained him or Suarez (1 pt gap).

And to answer the original topic, 5 "Millionaire GWs" including 1 with the (C) spot on. The explanation being that it was a low scoring week where 1 point was about 100k positions.
Overall I'd say I had only 1 terrible GW (GW8) and my (C) choice was a complete fail.

There is a Chrome bolt-on you can download to track how your captain and bench have done. Its not something you should really pay to much attention to presumably you are going with the player who is likely to score the most points if they don't it doesn't mean you were wrong its just variance nothing you can do about that.

Highest gw position was 92,877. Man alive, that's embarrassing. I'll post screen shot later. I dropped 580,000 places after playing the week I played the wildcard. Damn you to hell RVP.

Have been in the millionairres club 3 times. I have been consistent without having any really good weeks yet bar 1. My lowest score was 48 2 weeks ago (over 50 every other week)but only once have I made it into the top 100k for a gameweek.

Seems to be a common occurrence. The casuals seemed to get off to a flyer where as the planners seemed to suffer all seems to be getting back to normal now thankfully!

You got me interested on Captain Choices so I checked mine, 292 captian points and only 3 GW's under 10, however I am only 9 pts ahead of you overall despite getting 86 more captains points, it just shows how bad the rest of my team was for the first 8/9 weeks!!!

Have 250 from captains.

4 points from Suarez away to hull, 4 from aguero away to Sunderland ( in a week where only Morrison and mignolet were my only players scoring over 2 points), 6 from ozil away to palace, 4 from Sturridge home to southampton and 6 from Silva home to hull. Don't think there's too many bad decisions in there although maybe should always pick a home captain

I have still only been in the millionaires club 4 times this year which seems decent compared to others but I'm only at 303k overall.

Consistently disappointing but without too many stinkers.

Yeah...sure...that's what I did...

Nah, I was trying but a mixture of bad luck and bad decisions meant I kept falling.

My goal at this stage is to finish in the top 500,000. I'd be happy with that considering my start to the season but I'm not sure where this run might end.
