Slow sppeds and low profile with Vodafone at home

    Hey there peps, I just got vodafone at home in a couple of weeks ago, I've been testing the line with an eircom router I got of a friend, according to the router I have attainable speeds or 6-6.5 mbs. I live a few miles from the exchange so I was expexting to be put on a 4 meg profile.
    The problem is I've been put on a 2 meg profile and a non standard line for some reason, I've rang tech support a few times and they havn't a clue. My next door neighbor is on a 4 meg profile and on a ngn port and vodafone can't seem to explain to me why that is, I'm sick ringing them about it, can I go to comreg about this or where can I go from here.

    Lodge an official complaint with Vodafone over email if possible. See how that goes and then get Comreg involved, giving them a complaint reference code or number.

    Make sure you get that reference off Vodafone when you first lodge the complaint!
