Broadband Relay on Shed

Been approached to allow broadband company to put relay/transmitters onto one of the sheds. Shed is away from the house and I have my broadband at the house already from a different company.
They Are offering me free BB at the yard and house if I want it for the first 12 months and a few quid after that if they get enough connections from it. I'm going to ask them for a good wireless router for around the yard. ( would be handy to put in security cams and calving cams).
Anything else I should be watching out for.

Would this not be a case for free broadband for the duration of the relay being there.
Their only putting it there because they see a profit. Why should you pay towards having it there??

Sorry, ya free bb while as long as it's there, but after 12 months they also give me a few quid ( something small) depending on the number of customers they have

You will never know how many connections they have. Free bb and a index linked rental.

What about insurance for the shed/roof, if they damage it or high winds causes the equipment to fall ?

Sounds like an ok deal, make sure you get it in writing. Smaller broadband companies change ownership very frequently and you may need proof of your deal !

How do they manage for a power supply

It's only a few small aerials on 2 galv pipe poles. Wouldn't be too worried about it. But now that you mention insurance I'd be more worried about an ape falling off a ladder, while doing maintaince. I'll need to check insurance for that.

And I suppose if there are issues over the deal in the future, I could always pull the plug ( literally)

From my power supply. I'm waiting for them to come back to me on power usage, can't imagine it would be too much. Wouldn't do if every time I start the parlour, 50 houses Internet goes down for an hour.
