Swapping Between Sky Sports 1 and 2

    Hey guys.

I used to have the full sky sports package and went to cancel it a while back. At the time sky offered me a reduced rate for only channel only with the option to choose between sky sports 1 or 2. I can however ring them up at anytime to switch between the two.

Its a pain ringing them though and the last couple of times ive rung they said I can do this switch myself online through mysky but they are unable to tell how exactly to do it.

Anyone able to verify this and tell me what steps to perform on mysky to swap between channels.

    Thanks

you have to register online and then you will have access to your account, then if you look closely you will see a link for add channels. its easy but menus are a pain ie they are the drop down type.

Thanks. Will that also let me remove the channel I do have and add the other?

Sound. So the agents on the phone are wrong to tell me that I can do it all myself online?

Yeah. Can do alright. In my case im actually not trying to downgrade. Rather swap between two channels!

I rang them last week to downgrade too and they offered me the option to retain Sky Sports 1, with the option of ringing them to temporarily switch to Sky Sports 2 if there was anything on that that I wanted to watch.

I took that option (I think it's €55 per month for the Entertainment + Sky Sports 1), but it doesn't take effect until 3rd January.

The girl I spoke to said I would have to ring them to change channels, any time I wanted to. She didn't mention an option to do it myself online. I would be doubtful that you can.

Yeah. I always ring to swap them but the last twice I rang the agents said I could also do it myself through mysky.
