Is there any newspaper that gives more time to women's sports?

Hi bought the Sunday Time's, the sports section is almost entirely male. Women barely get a mention, is there papers that give women's sports more of a voice?. I don't mean to offend anyone but t's quite an alienating experience, the focus being entirely on men.
    Danke

I don't think there is i afraid, the reality is there isn't any real interests in woman sport. the media do try to be fair giving female the same coverage the male get when the tennis is on or the olympics but that about it

I find the Irish Times or the Examiner sometimes have articles on women in sport.

The Herald is pretty good for sport in general, with a lot of coverage given to grass roots levels. Not entirely sure if they make a point of giving equal coverage all round but I know that they give a platform to people/clubs/sports that mightn't necessarily be top of the agenda for larger papers.

I'm not sure what you are looking for OP, perhaps you could suggest some coverage you think should be in there?

I think they just cover sports of major interest.

OP, did you ever think about writing to one of the papers complaining about their lack of coverage of a recent sports event?
