There will be a turkey breast for people who insist on it at our house this xmas.
The people with a sense of taste will be eating glazed ham and roast beef.

My eyes were opened to the possibilities by another thread today.

The first thread is the soundtrack for watching the second on mute.

    Terducken.

Turkey outside of a duck, outside of a chicken. Yum yum. It's what I'm having this year, with a big roast beef fillet for the non poultry lovers, and a smoked cinnamon glazed ham to fill the gaps.

    I'm starving now.

Always have had turkey, it's the only day of the year I cook it, nor would I order it in restaurant or at weddings etc., Christmas only.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,251 ✭✭✭Pang

Duck every year. Turkey is too dry and I can have chicken any day of the week all year round.

Turkey all the way here. Only really have it once a year and I never find it dry at all.

My mum wants to get it boned and rolled though, don't really like it that way.
