    Brilliant result for Caroline. Met her earlier in the year, an absolute gem of a girl & a very strong & talented cyclist who works hard & has got a great reward for her efforts in Mexico. well done.

    I think we are starting to see the benefits of a structured track programme, with Martyn Irvine and Caroline Ryan already delivering the results and Eoin Ryan coming through and now getting experience on the World stage (he went sub 10s in the flying 200 yesterday - just outside his national record). If only we had an indoor track .... (hopefully not too distant a pipe dream now;))
