Hi guys, what salary is decent for Level 1 support? I have an interview next week and have three years experience as a business analyst mainly using SQL, dealing with clients etc. I'm up on all technologies like Windows Server, Nagios etc. Would 30K be pushing it. I'm sick of business/data analyst work.

Level 1, starting off, you'd be lucky to get 30.
When I was doing 1st level, I was starting off with less than 1 year experience on 24k. After a year, that went up to 28 or 29 i think.
If you want over 30, then try get up to 2nd level support. Or do what I did and become a programmer! :p
