I've been lurking on a particular UK based watch forum for a while now. In fact I'm even considering buying one of the forum owners watches. The forum requires a referral to register and I don't know any other members personally. I do know that there are some members that follow the forum on boards and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out?

I think I know the one you're talking about....is it the one with all the sub forums for each brand of watch? Omega & Rolex tend to be the most popular on the forementioned site.

Not that one. Got sorted out in the end. It turned out the problem was just work tapatalk.

I guess he is mentioning TZ UK, but I don't know whet is this big secrecy that you can't name the forum with it's name....

I think you can register there without any referrals, just leave the field empty.

Yes. That's it. I was having problems posting after registering through Tapatalk. I contacted Eddie Platts the forum owner and he was very helpful. Registering though the normal website works but I think the issue was with my local Tapatalk install.

Remember you'll need 50 posts to see the sales forum, and 250 to post there. Plus you've to wait a number of months.

That's fine. Sounds like a good idea to me.

You could always put out a WTB if there was something you were looking for. But if you are like me, it's more about the watch porn and the dreaming of lottery wins when I look at the sales corner.

You are right, watch porn it is. I don't mind not buying something because I know my tastes change every other week anyway.
