    Apologies if this thread should be elsewhere but the link below allows one to get BT Sports 1 and 2, ESPN, Setanta and Setanta Ireland for the month of December for 1 euro.

    Well worth it for the 3 UFC events alone (on BT Sports), not to mention Man City v Arsenal etc.

    Just don't forget to cancel it at the end of December.

    Tread about this in bargain alerts and due to the terms you end paying for a full price month too. Still not bad.

    I don't think this is correct. If you cancel by 31st December then you pay nothing further.

    Hi folks,

    I just wanted to drop in and clarify the terms and conditions of our €1 offer as there seems to be some confusion.

    Customers must call 0818 203040 to cancel before 31st December or will be billed €19.99 from 1st January. This is a subscription service, there is no annual contract but 30 days’ notice of cancellation will be required after 1st January. Offer available on satellite only. Offer does not apply to existing customers.

    I don't think it applies to me anyways, I'm with UPC. Just didn't want to see anyone get billed for an extra month when they tried to cancel on New Years Eve.

    Nope. You can cancel before or on Dec 31st.

    However, 30 days notice of cancellation will be required after January 1st.
