I've had the bike the last few years and was told I'd need to upgrade the chainset as it's starting to cos a few problems.

I see on Chain Reaction Cycles this - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ie/en/shimano-105-5750-compact-10sp-chainset/rp-prod50444 is available for €120. Am I right in thinking as the teeth are the same 34/50 this should fit the chain?

Also what length would be suitable for the bike? I've no idea about the spec's so any help would be appreciated.
