Where would I find a website with information on prosecutions for health and safety violations or details re compensation awards etc.

Are there any better sites than the HSA website?

It's for a report I'm doing and I'm trying to find some instances of case law or basically any info on cases.

Specifically I am trying to find out if anybody has been successfully prosecuted for violating Section 22 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 or Section 157 of the Safety, Health and Welfare (General Application) Regulations 2007.

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

I have only quickly looked at the 2005 Act is section 22 contained as an offence under section 77 or has section 77 been amended.

Again only a quick look at the 2007 Regs (on iphone) is 157 a criminal breach.

BYW I assume it is criminal prosecutions you are looking for.

PIAB, often provide details of compensation awards, they often correlate with health and safety breeches
