Building Regulations

I just want to share this with people on the forum, as I'm aware that some people in building and roofing might not know this: http://beddardroofing.co.uk/regulations

I think some of these regulations are essential for cutting out the supposed "cowboy builders" in the industry, who prioritise unfairly making money off unknowing consumers, rather than providing a decent service.

Does anyone think the regulations are good? Do you think they need to be more lax, or that they need to be more strict? Let me know what you think.

Ah Mike, we have enough trouble discussing our own Reg's;) without dissecting the UK ones as well.
