    Hi, just a general question.

Say if I withdrew from a Level 8 course way before the deadline (31st Oct).. Would I be charged for tuition fees (not student contribution) the next year I start another Level 8?

I think I saw somewhere that if I withdrew before that date, I wouldn't need to pay those fees next year.

Yes you would, however while you will have to pay fee's for the first year, the remaining year's tuition fees will be free.

The alternative is waiting 5 years and returning as a second chance student.

Oh right... I read on the college's website that if I withdrew before a certain date, I wouldn't have to pay the tuition fees for next year?

Sorry I missed that bit, yep you are correct then I don't think you will have to pay fee's next year if you withdraw before a certain date (it might vary between per college)
