New to area and wondering where best hills for tobogganing in area are. Don't want to have to get roof rack! Obviously correct weather conditions necessary.

St Anns park has a few small hills. Snow is rare this close to the coast so I wouldn't put the rack away. Often other parts of Dublin will have a blanket of snow while this area is just wet.

I'd imagine the hills in Phoenux Park would be awesome if we got snow, but getting there in bad road conditions would be the problem!
