Audi A4 heating not working...

Hi, my mates Audi A4 2001 Tdi heating system is not working. The battery was flat and he put a booster on but it was set too high and and fried the battery. Since then the the climate control in the centre is dead. It is a digital dual zone system. Any one with any ideas of what it could be would be a great help. Checked…
