Hey i'm in 5th year at the moment and am currently looking into IT such as Games Design & Development, i am just wondering what is the best collage for it and what kind of job can i acquire from a course like that?

First of all, games development is not IT.

Secondly, this the Postgraduates forum. I suggest you try the Careers and Job Discussion forum, but you might want to do a little research into the available courses beforehand. I'd also suggest consulting the Development forum.
