Recommendation for Michael Grassick would remain. Where are you based

There's an O'Brien chap training near Cashel Co Tipperary, can't remember his first name, I heard he's quite good.

You must be related to him. A trainer right up there with the great Irish trainers like Philip Rothwell and Shark Hanlon. Would be one of the last people i would give a horse to.

Nope as I said I'd like a trainer who hassmall numbers but knows what to do with a good one. Didn't do a bad job with the filly that won the Moyglare or the handicapper that went from 47 to runner up in the Cadran

There is Adrian Joyce beside you in Athlone,he is turning some woeful form horses on to some decent form on the flat and is small enough at the moment to give good personal attention to your horse.

Tom Hogan in Nenagh has had some very notable sucess with small numbers.

I have also heard strong rumours that a certain Mr Fallon has purchased a large plot of land near Charlie Swans and plans on entering the training game very soon!! I'm sure he might be able to land an honest gamble or two :D

Whoa, kieran in Clough, that would be cool, great jockey on a two year old and if he told you it was ready after a spot of work I would be saving a few quid for it;)

Better paying a few extra euros on a good trainer that has 10+ 2yo and regular 2yo winners. I'd be seeking advice from other horse owners and not people on this

Yeah he bought a holding there between Denis Hogan's and Charlie Swans about 12 months ago, the rest is probably people adding two and two, but it does seem the logical move.

If you can afford it, Ger Lyons. I'd send every horse I had to him, if he'd take them.

Andy Oliver if the distance wasn't too far, highly professional and honest. Willie McCreery has been doing well in recent years also and would be worth a shout.

    Harry rogers

Willie Mc Creery, Paul Deegan , Andy Oliver, Tracey Collins, Jessie Harrington, , PJ Prendergast, Pat Flynn could all be in the 'value' bracket.

We've a horse with Harry Rogers and have had numerous with him over the last 10 years (generally older, hardier sorts!). He has a few 2 year olds for next year. Will let you know quick enough if any potential or not and will do you a deal for 6 or 8 weeks initially. PM if you want an intro.

All contact details for trainers here ...

    Best of luck.

Not trying to be funny but that isn't a flat bred horse. A jumps sire and no matter where I look I can't find that mare just shows up a Godolphin entire. Even if the mare is flat bred I'd be surprised if that horse showed anything at two

I didn't say the horse came from them? I just pointed out two of the most notable horses that were currently standing at the stud

Golden tornado has produced Albert Bartlett winner berties dream
Urban poet has been placed in a group 3 and has good pedigree in "dynaformer"

Sorry I took this post as the pedigree given you said mare after Urban Poet

Another +1 for Harry Rogers, maybe not for 2yos, but a good honest man, and some man for a hardy aul handicapper.

He was born only 15 miles down the road so he is near familiar ground, was there many acres on that and is there any house or stables?
