Magnet drop-of-speed issue

I decided to start a new thread, hopefully there are more people experiencing the same problem, have found solution to it, and are able to help.

As reported by other Magnet users: on official Facebook site there is a huge drop of speed at peak hours. Magnet are unwilling to help, as there is no information given to customers as well as no progress for the last month.
What happens is that every day between 7pm to 1am Ping is extremely high (420) download drops to 70kB/s and upload to 100 kB/s on fatpipe 70Mb. I am unable to browse the internet, listen music on spotify or watch aertv (their service btw).
I'm thinking about switching to other provider.

Having the same issue.... Magnets L2 support told me is was some kind of load shedding issue and that eircom are not providing them with sufficient bandwidth.....

I have requested reimbursement for at least part of my fees since i am not getting the service......

Also planning on jumping ship..... if eircom really have a strangle hold on them there is no point sticking around.
