    :pDoes anyone else have speed issues with UPC Broadband? I've got 30Mb but some days I might only get 6 or 10 or maybe if I've been good I'll get 25.
    In fairness UPC have a very nice lady dealing with the issue but they've found nothing much so far. At least they didn't charge me for last month and reimbursed me for half of the previous month.

    I just want to see if I'm the only one with speed issues.

    Just tested mine and got a good speed up and down. The problem is that in an hour it could be down around 5 or 6Mb. Consistency is all I want to be honest. I'd be more than happy with 20Mb if I could have that all day.

    Hi everyone just wondering what Internet provider are you using at the moment and what is the best speed you are getting and at what price . I am currently using UPC and apparently its only 30 mbps that we get here in Tuam .I am not happy with them at all and especially their customer service. Just looking to switch but not sure with whom .

    UPC. Have a 30MB connection and generally get that when I test it. You can see above that I had an issue for a few weeks but I had a very good customer rep who stuck with it throughout and kept the case open until I told her I was happy with my connection. She then refunded me in full from when the case was opened.

    I'm happy with UPC for broadband.
