Hello,Im looking for a little advice,
My parents have their own land and herd number but have had some out land leased out over a few years.
We gave the farmer that was leasing it notice before last year as he was there a while, have got application for a new herd number, theres a crush old sheds and fairly well fenced.
Herd number application needs map and legal lease any ideas where to get these?
Would like to pay parents directly instead of paying auctioneer fees on the double me and them paying.

bump this...am in the same boat, just this eve got a call that I can have a very very old yard&sheds I was after...will have a lease for 5 acres as well so hope application goes smoothly.

What about maps? Just looked at OSI maps and its €25 (I need 2 and maybe 3 so €75) too print one off, not a lot I know but don't want to do this and come on here and someone send me a link where to get it for free....

Will put up pics of yard and sheds, its hilarious, there are briars that must be 30ft long across the yard, you can walk on top and still be a foot off the concrete they are that thick....
but I know it was 100% before and concrete everywhere (under 1ft of moss and briars in the yard, and 15 year old hay in the shed)
