I think its a bit suss it all happens in the table at the bottom of the video - would have been better if it were one of the tables you could clearly see. Taken from the Jimmy's World Grill & Bar youtube page where they say:
A customer in our Luton restaurant told management that they saw another customer's plate fly off their table. We checked the CCTV footage and saw this which we cannot explain.

posted in October which is a bit near the old halloween - could be coincidence, or could be 'look at how haunted our place is at halloween, c'mon in and buy stuff'

    Its interesting.

Its a bit too good in terms of were the camera is positioned yet dont have other angles. You usually dont just get the one camera installed.

Red flag is the name Jimmy's World Grill & Bar

Interesting, but always dubious about these when you can't see clearly from all sides (as you said).

the one thing it has going for it is that at the table to the top right, one of them looks round when the plate falls and then looks back again. this suggests they heard something, looked around, didnt see anything untoward and then looked back. If there was someone there with a bunch of strings in their hands, maybe there may have been a different reaction. Without a better view though, it's impossible to say.

IMO No way. I don't believe that. It's just happins to be at a table that's away from everyone else, and directly under the camera, but not the full length so we don't see the string on the leg of the chair. Nothing got pulled to the far side of the table, it was all to the left and towards the camera.
The size of the restraunt and they piont the camera on that table.
Fake. Set up well to draw attention to the restraunt.

you'd think there would have to be - as already suggested - more cameras in the place with a better shot of that table.

Something very self concious (acting) about the female diner too.

Fake as feck if you ask me.

The look of it, the timing of it all scream fake to me!

Seems very fake to me. One thing that struck me was that the lady didn't have a handbag. If she was a genuine diner I don't think she would leave it unattended at the table. And I don't know of ANY lady who goes out without a handbag.:D

She's fidgeting too much and moving way too fast. Set up IMO.

She glances back at the table at .44? Or is she looking around the pillar to see if someone is coming. If the former, why would she do that? Doesn't seem normal. At .44, can she see around/through the pillar? And when she emerges at .45 she is looking straight ahead. I'm guessing that she glanced back at the table.

The glass that she picks up. Looks empty to me, and if so why would she lift it?

If it was nearly empty, wouldn't she have had to have tilted both her head back and the glass to drink out of it?

And check out her hand gesture at .32 It's as if she wants to continue some sort of action and makes a grab for the other glass, realises what she has done and changes her mind. Very strange.

Knife and fork: How come they are positioned that way to begin with? And then she picks them up with one hand, and sorta does a posed, almost ritualistic finishing dinner routine?

When she leaves the table she looks down at the floor/her shoes and appears nervous as if she knows she's being (or going to be) watched. Looking at ones own shoes is a sign of nervousness.

Her body language when at the table, keeping her head down and not looking around, might suggest that she doesn't want her face to be seen by the camera.

And where does she head off to? She gets a plate from the buffet/serving section and doubles back and ends up in an aimless path to where? And again (possibly) nervously fidgeting with her hair at 1.12 All rather strange behaviour.
