Camera & Alarm off one SIM Card

Hey guys, looking for some advice. I am looking to fit an alarm system & camera to a house in a remote area with no phone line.
There is reception there but it is only 2G, will this be enough to send a still from the camera to a remote phone upon activity?
Can i get away with using one sim card for both camera and alarm somehow, do any alarms connect to wifi for example?

    Thanks!

It could get a bit messy. You would need a device that would give you an ethernet connection to the CCTV and a phone connection to the alarm.
