Anyone got a recipe for BBQ sauce without any of the above?

I'd aim for passata, tomato puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, vinegar and honey. Set it to simmer for about 30 minutes, playing with the spices as you go.

This recipe has garlic, but you could just omit it and use passata as another poster suggested instead of the ketchup (passata is what I usually use).

I've made it several times and it's delicious.
