Reduced pay

    Long story short

    My assistant manager received a verbal nd written warning and is on her last chance

    She got demoted to a normal staff member and i got promoted.

    My question can this actually happen be demoted and subsequently a pay reduction or am i being fooled

    I think I know what the OP is saying. I had to read it three times and translate it a bit.

    Yes someone can be demoted and their pay reduced. You can then be promoted to that position.

    You could equally be asking about something completely different though.
