Upgrade advice - re new graphics card

    hi


    im thinking about upgrading my graphics card, currently its a
    Powercolor HD4850 PCS 1024MB GDDR3, PCI-Express
    and its sitting on a Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P, ATX, Sockel AM3, with 8GBs of ram.

    running win7 64bit and ubuntu.

    using windows for gaming, ubuntu for most other things.

    any suggestions on the best card i can put in my machine to run MW3 and newer titles.

    sorry, should have included more info :)

    the processor is a amd phenom 2 x3 720 black edition. (am3 box)

    psu is a tagan tg600-u3311 super rock 600w.

    budger is €200 max.

    You can get a 2gb 7870 from pixmania for €135 at the moment.

    It's got a generic stock cooler which isn't great. Don't expect to be overclocking it much but it's a bargain at that price.
