leaving job,payout

    Hi.i am working in my current job for last 8 years.i gave my employer 8 weeks notice that i am leaving ,because i found new job
    am i entitled to any payouts when leaving?other than unused holidays

    You're not entitled to redundancy as you resigned. Redundancy is if you're let go from the job.

    You're not being made redundant though you are resigning to go to another job:confused:

    As per the above you will only get any wages in which you have earned and any holidays in which you did not take
