Hi folks. I am very far away from cooking, but looking for some info about pictures on tart. need picture like that one ... with princess.. http://abello.ru/netshop/cakes/children/princess.html , any idea how it is made ? or possible buy somewhere in dublin ? need to find out for daughters bithday .. thanks.

You mean a picture on a cake, not a tart. It's an edible image, most large bakeries can do this for you, Decobake and Superquinn do it. You can either order a cake with the image on it or you can get the image to put on a cake yourself.
