    Hey folks,

Just hoping someone can give me some help on this.
I recently bought this projector from a group deal email and I've only tried it for like 5 minutes to make sure it worked which it does.

Now, I was wondering, is there a way I can connect my 360/PS3 to this via HDMI, like with a s-video to HDMI cable or something similar. Would anyone know if this is possible.
Here is a link to the projector if its any help http://www.infocus.com/projectors/discontinued-projectors/infocus-in1-aud-projector/infocus-in1-AUD-projector

Thanks very much for any help

Its not possible with just a cable , HDMI is all Digital , VGA is analog so there must be Digital to Analog conversion electronics for them to work. Also , HDCP must be stripped ,which is illegal in most countries , see the other thread for details.

HDfury may work for you , but they are not cheap and are most definitely of questionable legality , so buyer beware !

Chances are , the unit costs more than you spent on the projector , so most likely not worth it.

Hi Shadooby, I am thinking of purchasing the same projector, mainly for watching DVD's, Netflix etc and maybe the Wii. How have you found it? Would you reccomend it?

    Short answer, no!
I'm happy with it, does a good enough job for the consoles but I found a better one that also takes HDMI and USB which I would have gotten had I seen it first.
It's a great little machine, I've brought it to a friends house to watch some movies and play some games but as I said above, get one with the HDMI and USB

Thanks Shadooby, the Infocus is coming in at €110, which i think is really good but can you tell me more about the one you bought afterwards, also what screen size do you get from both?

    thanks

Sorry, I should have explained, I didnt buy the other one, only found it on ebay and wish I had seen it before I got the InFocus.
Here it is if you want to have a look at it http://www.ebay.com/itm/190896747241?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

I've also attached a picture of what the InFocus looks like against my wall with Mario Kart on the Snes just to give you an idea
