Citroen C5 clutch woes

We've got a 09 1.6 hdi C5 that is giving clutch trouble at the moment. Anyone have any experience of putting a solid flywheel into it rather than a DMF? Mechanic is looking into sourcing a clutch kit for it anyway but looking at the cost issues of some preventative maintenance while everything is stripped out.

The car only has around 47.5k miles up on it.

Also has anyone ever had an issue with a faulty seal leaking oil into the pressure plate thus knackering the clutch?
