I am pricing ration at the minute for finishing cattle and there is a big gap between toasted from wynnes and not toasted from elsewhere. I heard the theory on why the toasted is supposedly better but can anyone tell me the practical difference and is it worth the extra cost per tonne ?

Only ever heard of calf feed being toasted/cooked before.
