Caught speeding, licence expired

Went to get it renewed so I could at least produce the receipt in my local Garda station and turns out it expired in September and I never received a reminder as it was sent to my old address. So I'm in a bit of a pickle..

I was caught speeding and didn't have my licence to produce cos I lost it recently. Went to get it renewed so I could at least produce the receipt in my local Garda station and turns out it expired in September and I never received a reminder as it was sent to my old address.

So now I'm handing in a receipt that says "licence renewal' on it.

What do ye think will happen? Further fine/points etc
